Over the last week as MOTW over at PSP Classic Creations I had several lovely signature tags made for me. I amassed quite a nice collection.

This webset page was assembled on Saturday January 19, 108 with graphics from the public domain using one of the many auto-scripters available at  Chat_Central_Gateway  All rights reserved KENDOC 2005

These can also be found on my flckr album but as things get moved further back into my album it takes longer and longer to find them. I need to go in and organize my stuff again. The bottom one that looks like plaster is I think one of the best ones I have done so far. I was really amazed at how well it turned out.

How to Make Camoflauge Part Duex

January 14th, 2008 by wildheart4vr

I am revisiting this one because of the overwhelming indicators that this is a very well searched for item on the internet.

I was looking around for three hours last night and tried to find some decent tutorials on how to make camoflauge and I did find one that really delivers some great results. I tried three tutorials and even tried them with Paint Shop Pro just to see how far I could get with the settings that it has that are similar to Photoshop.

The first one I tried was from Quantum Petshop Tutorials it offered a link to a plug in that you could use with Photoshop that is similar to the one I have on Paint Shop Pro. I installed the plug in for Photoshop and tried it out but wasn’t impressed as it turned out pretty much the same as my early post on how to make camoflauge which was kind of big and pixelated. I am trying to acheive the seemless, uniform look that looks normal or as close to normal as possible in the digital design sense.

The second attempt I tried the same tutorial with Paint Shop Pro but could only get so far as I was trying to do this one without a plug in.

The third attempt finally yeilded the result I was trying to achieve and I accomplished it on Photoshop.

You can find the tutorial at How to Make Camoflauge in Photoshop by a user named Dark Wizzard.

Ok this was an accident I swear.

January 12th, 2008 by wildheart4vr

opticalillusion.jpg

Ok I was just playing around on this one and the result was really freaky so I had to share it with you. When I added the tube against the kaliedoscope background the way I did the more I looked at the tube the more I swear it seemed to pulsate out at me. You be the judge does it pulsate out at you as you keep looking at it?

It is kind of like that optical illusion where you are staring at the black squares along the white background and you see faint black spots between the squares.

How many legs game frome Life Is Risky

January 11th, 2008 by wildheart4vr

I was making the rounds today and came across this blog post over at Life Is Risky.

Ok this is a good old fashioned brain tickler.

There are 7 girls on a bus.
Each girl has 7 backpacks.
Each backpack has 7 cats in it.
Each cat has 7 kittens.
How many legs are on the bus?

Note: There is no bus driver.

My answer is 70 hope I am right.

Late night offering….

January 9th, 2008 by wildheart4vr

fearie.jpg

This all I could manage today I had a hell of a freaking pain that I have been dealing with for three days now.

I wanted to do more but I just couldn’t. Oh and I had to go in and get my 6 month liver test done today something I really didn’t want to do feeling as bad I do right now, but it is something that has to be done since all the pain meds I am on metabolize in the liver. I long for one day to be pain free but it isn’t going to happen anytime soon.

A Visit to Web Designer Wall Leads to a New Idea for Digital Journaling

January 8th, 2008 by wildheart4vr

digitaljournal.jpg

So I was visiting this blog today called Web Designer Wall and they were showing how to make a watercolor effect on notebook paper.  Well I scanned a piece of notebook paper and for some reason it scanned too bright and I couldn’t get the lines to show up. So after fiddling around with my sample for what seemed like an hour I finally just saved the sample they used to my pictures .

Then I got to thinking about what I wanted in a relationship and these words sum it up rather nicely.

I want unconditional love, I want to be able to trust the person I am with as well as know that the person I am with trusts me. I want respect if you don’t respect me than why on earth do you expect me to respect you. I want honesty, if your not happy with the way things are going and think something needs to change then be man enough to tell me. I am not a melodramatic person that will go into convulsive tears if you tell me I need to change something, however if it is not anywhere remotely feasable for me to change something than you also need to be man enough to accept it. Last and certainly not least I want teamwork. A relationship is a two way street, things like errands, bill paying, household duties do need to be worked on together so that both parties can achieve the end result not only faster but also be on the same level playing field so both know the state of affairs within the household. Not only that but with teamwork it allows more time to focus on what you really want to be doing together.

You can use paint shop pro and photoshop for digital journaling actually you can find a back ground that you like that looks close to paper, rather it looked aged or slightly crumpled and then use a less obtrusive and huge looking font and just write on the paper as if you were typing it out on the PC. I didn’t really seriously think about this until after I had done this little exercise. For the creative people who use their blogs to show off their skills this would certainly be an interesting idea to try.

Sunday Paint Shop Pro Piddle’s

January 6th, 2008 by wildheart4vr

I was visiting one of the paint shop pro forums I belong to today in search of something to keep my creativity going and I found a filter this challenge and a tube of the day challenge.  For one of the best forums for paint shop pro I recommend PSP Classic Creations. It is a fairly active forum with many things offered for evey aspect of paint shop pro. I also checked out PSP Playground , it isn’t as active yet it does offer a wide array of masks and backgrounds.
