I was sitting here thinking about what to do my guest post for Karen over at Scraps of Mind on. Well I got to thinking and it has been some time since I have made any new frames. So today I give you my latest additions to my frames collection.
The first one I really liked I used a gradient to make it with and the second one I used a pattern.
You can view a tutorial on how to make these over at Nanson’s Place.
You are free to use these just make sure you give credit to the maker.
Ok yesterday I explained what the tool bar buttons are and what they do today I am going to talk about the name of the palettes and what they do.

Ok this is more for the newbies to Paint Shop Pro rather than the intermediate to advanced users but it still needs to be addressed. I want to take some time to explain what the tools are and what they do on the tool bar on the initial user interface and also what the tool bar names and functions are on the design tool bar.
Lets get started.
I am going to give you the names and definitions from the user guide I got with my program. I use version 9 and some of these may or may not be available in older versions and the newer versions but if not that is ok just let me know what version your using and I will be happy to try and find out for you what I can.

As I said at the top of this informational post this is geared toward the novice paint shop pro user and I will be writing more of these for my readers. I learned everything on my own without much but online tutorials and forums to help me along the way. So I am trying to give the folks who stop by my blog who look at my stuff and think “WOW” I want to learn how to do that , then go get the program, bring it home and set it up and have no clue what they are looking at.
This is from a chat friend of mine who has been using paint shop pro version 7. His name is Micheal and we have been chatting for almost a month now. He told me he is fluent with paint shop pro and he sent me some stuff to prove it to me and I must say I do like his design style. I told him I would feature some of his work from time to time I hope you enjoy this piece.
